Jay Chou !!!

Haiz...i'm really his fans! Honestly, his songs are wonderful...from the very first album till now,his songs are all of high quality and i'm really impressed by his persistence and perseverence at singing with his own unique style! Sometimes,i really regret for not learning piano and thereore i am not able to play the melody out of all his songs! URGH....if he has a concert in Malaysia...i would want to go! However,i think the tickets will be very "nicely" priced....as you know...expensive...

What can i do? Nothing other than watching his MV whenever i want...that is the misery of poor people...you know...Anyway,we all witnessed his effort at coming out with better songs...and becoming a director....and more...I hope he can always be the best and i will support him even until he retires!

PS: I always support people who is sincere and hardworking@

OmG!

To all of my felow friends,i would like to express my apologise for not posting anything in my blog for 2 months! That sounds ridiculous...however,it is kinda real....very sorry...my life is indeed hectic and so for all of you...every morning go to school, come back have a short nap, finish all the stupid homework,go tuition at night and that's al...is life all that? DEFINITELY NOT...we are born to be wild and to enjoy life, live life to the fullest man! I'm trying though...OH! Recently, i have watched a Taiwanese drama titled "I DO". To me,it is indeed a wonderful show as it potrays how wonderful and fabulous true love is...Hao Zhe and Summer got to know each other five years ago when Summer tried to commit suicide by jumping off from highest floor of the hospital building...Even though they are stranger to each other, however Hao Zhe gave her alot of encouragement and this have saved Summer's life...those who wanted to know the story, please watch this Drama on your own! haha..lazy to write so long....get back to reality...

Actually i am very envy with smart people(what i mean are those people who can score wonderful results without having to study like a nerd)...for example: Lee Khai Jett. That fat woman with 9 layers of fat can always loiter around the school with his friends( of course also ponteng class) but can come out with wonderful results ...i wonder how can he do that...i hope i can achieve that too...however...i'm still proud that i can run faster than him!

Actually, what i really want in my heart is that an unforgettable interesting memory during this adolescence stage...i do not hope that when i reminisce my whole life during the old age,all i can see are textbooks and the boring co-curiculum activities in school....at least,i hope that the memory will brought me laughter wherever i go or whenever it is...

To all the young people,Gambathe for your dreams...live your life to the fullest!

Cape No.7

Have watched Cape No.7 yesterday...and it was really a good and fantastic show!this story actually revolves around 2 main character, which is Van and Tomoko. In fact, they hated each other at the very first place, but after some chemistry happened between them...then they become a pair of romantic couple! How nice it was to see another pair of happy couple even though that kind of romantic scene would most probably only happen in these wonderful shows...However,before that Van was actually a guy who likes playing guitar but just that no one wanted to listen to his performance...so he smashed his guitar, abondoned it and became a postman...in fact, there was another old but sprighty postman, and he was appraching 80 years old...but he was warded after a "funny" banging by a van full with models...the driver was too attentive to all those sexy models..yelowish guy>.<>

Physical requirements of learning ballet

Howse lists possible areas of concern, starting from the top of the body.

NECK AND SHOULDERS: The neck must be flexible and the shoulders mobile. Boys should be able to raise their arms absolutely vertically so that they do not curve the spine when lifting their partners above their heads.

SPINE: The spine should be capable of movement throughout its length, with no stiffness in the lumbar or lower back. Scoliosis (lateral curvature of the spine) is not important unless the sideways curve is very pronounced. "Teachers have to watch out for it as adolescent students grow to ensure that the back muscles work equally."

PELVIS: A good external rotation of the leg in the hip socket (turnout) is essential to prevent damage to the knees and ankles or stress fractures in the shins and lumbar spine. Howse measures the degree of rotation by asking the dancer to lie on the back, hips and legs extended over the end of the examination table, and knees bent. He will accept forty-five degrees of external rotation (which would be greater if the hips were in a neutral position). He comments that Americans tend to test turnout with the dancer lying face down. This allows the stomach to drop down onto the examination table, enabling the pelvis to twist slightly as the leg is raised behind the body.

HAMSTRINGS: Hamstrings should be as loose as possible for girls; less so for boys, who need more tensile strength for jumping.

KNEES: Auditioning teachers (and artistic directors) tend to select dancers with swayback legs; an obtrusive knee joint spoils the line of an extended leg. Students with swayback legs have to learn to work with the suporting knee straight, not pushed back to the full extent, since this would allow the knee to lock without actively using the leg muscles.

ACHILLES TENDON: Calf muscles and the Achilles tendon must be flexible enough to permit full dorsiflexion of the foot.

FEET AND ANKLES: Feet and ankles should have sufficient flexibility for the line of the tibia (shinbone) to continue through the pointed foot. Hyperarched feet are a potential source of weakness, especially in pointe work.

TOES: Toes should be straight, not curled under. Big toes must be able to bend at a right angle, to avoid strain on demi-pointe. Howse comments that arthritis in the big toe joint, common in adolescence, is not brought on by dance training; it is, however, a potential cause of injury and would rule out a career in ballet.

Ideally, the metatarsals (toe joints) should be the same length, so that the entire ball of the foot takes the weight of the body. For girls, a second toe longer than the big toe need not be a drawback; a pointe shoe block can be adapted to distribute the weight evenly within the shoe.

After the chaos

Finally i have updated my blog! There have been at least 8 days since i have updaTED my blog and write a new post here....Kay...i'm gonna say HI to you all again! After two weeks of the continuos reshuffling stuff in my school...i'm sucessfully settled down in 4B. OH NO! It is 4 Mawar by now...the Puan Misliah has a really "good idea" at giving our class a stupid name...To say frankly...i 'm not hatred of the Mawar name at first...but since the Bestari name has been changed into this Mawar name...my neighbours stated calling me roses girl..Urgh...what a terrible joke it was...anyway,what i'm not really satiesfied is the transfer of teachers. I will not be complaning if i'm in the last class as long as i have a number of good teachers teaching me...at least i can save some angpao money right...Actually i really miss our gang members...Luckily Zhi San,Wee Nie,Al,Jimmy,Kin Yen,Li Liang,Khai and JJ is still in the same class as me...if not i will be damn bored studying without friends....Haiz...however,to Esther,Danielle,Julia and Nat,i will always remember you all! i do not have time talking with you all during school time and recess time...even now i can only chat with you all during KRS the one hour short period only...lao tian mei yan a....anyway,i will miss you all always!

An advanced birthday greetings to my 'loyal' friends:

Happy 16th Birthday to LI LIANG and DANIELLE!
haha...you all will be older than me in just a few days time..do some facial ok?
Get rid of all you wrinkles and oldness before i kick you all out from the crazy group!
HOPE ALL YOUR WISHES COME TRUE!

Busy

Haiz...i have been to school for one week, and now i hate Form 4! All the science subject such as Physics,Chemistry and Bio are freaking hard and i cannot even understand! How sad it is when teacher is teaching and you could not even fathom what is she talking about...anyway,our school teachers are actually not that good at explaning and express what they really want us to understand,so their mission failed and they did not do a good job! anyway...i'm living back in my hectic life again...tuition and tuition...school and homework...ballet lessons...i'm really exhausted...hope to go somewhere and relax...
